High above the Atlantic, you find the miradores: the lookout points where the land falls away into the sea and the sky opens into endless blue. From these heights, the landscape unfolds: volcanic ridges, green valleys, and black beaches where the waves roll endlessly onto the shore.
The island is covered with trails leading to these viewpoints. Paths cross forests, lava fields and rugged slopes. Along the way, the air grows cooler. Winds brush your skin, the scent of wildflowers mingles with salt from the ocean, and the sound of birds carries through the silence. Reaching the miradores means overcoming obstacles, but the view at the top is the greatest reward. To stand at the edge is to understand the scale of it all: the land, the ocean, the journey ahead.
